Labour Party Candidate - Kate Hicks

I’m a History student and a local, regional and national Labour activist. I also run an activism campaign called Reclaim our Future and I am a part of the Take Five UEA mental health campaign. I will empower students and make politics accessible, so that we can be at the forefront of changing our university and society, to achieve the vision of hope, pragmatism and compassion that Labour embodies. Injustice is not inevitable- we have the power to challenge, and overcome, the hardship and discrimination that students face.
